Hello! My name is Robert Wennerstrom, I have been a trainer in the Northern Virginia Area for almost 5 years. I became a coach after winning my own lifelong battle of bad lifestyle choices.

Between the years 2009-2010 my weight topped at around 325lbs. I didn't exercise regularly, I was very out of shape and had gotten several warnings from my doctor. In 2010 I went to college and I was forced to face reality.

I spent the next 5 years changing my bad habits. I had to change my entire thought process about food. I had to establish exercise habits that would benefit me for the rest of my life. More importantly I had to make sure I would be happy. 

I learned so much about what it takes to changes ones lifestyle. The truth is that there is not one way that works for everyone. But the one thing that does work, is identifying ones bad habits and then replacing them with good ones.

I am currently an Elite Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Associations​. Holding fully credited certifications as a Personal Trainer,  Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
