The First Session is free

How to Get Started

Step 1: Fill out our intake questionnaire. You will be notified within 24 hours if you are eligible.

Step 2: Setup your account. You must have an account to book sessions, purchase plans and gain access to our website and training apps. 

Step 3: Book your first session! The first session is free, and will be used further assess your physical and mental health. We will also use this time to set up goals and lay out our fitness recommendations.

Step 4: Decide which plan is best for you! Train with me virtually or train with me in person.

Step 5: Reach your full potential!
